The client’s brief is for a retail outlet as a destination, not just “pop in, make purchase and leave”, but a spot to linger on in, have a drink and grab a bite. Approx. 6,300 sf. of interior layout for sales, office, storage, an eatery and bar as well as updated exterior to establish a unique identity are in the scope of this project. Lounge seating is integrated with the sales floor with rich finishes and materials. Screen walls and carefully positioned niches will provide unique “insta-moments”.
