Rehabilitation of an existing restaurant for reuse as a liquor store. There were some community challenges but with the local County supported this project competly. Scope included complete interior renovations and exterior new enchanced entrance and ADA improvements. This 7,000 sf store include custom interiors with owner offices and employee break room all set in a stylish and welcoming design palette.
